Returns & refunds
If you're not in love with your Aurora Galaxy Projector, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to return
- Email nebulosupport@proton.me with your order number.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Drop the package off at any carrier location.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Defective or damaged items are eligible for a free replacement — just send a photo with your email.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale and clearance items cannot be returned.
EU consumers — 14-day withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, under §1829 of the Czech Civil Code (No. 89/2012 Coll.). Our 30-day return policy above is offered on top of this statutory right. To exercise it, email nebulosupport@proton.me within 14 days of delivery.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, EU consumers can use the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI) for out-of-court resolution. More information at www.coi.cz and the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
